CANCELING OR RETURNING AN ORDER:

Creative Playthings Online will accept returns if the product is unopened and returned within 30 days of shipping date.

Due to the high shipping costs actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Refunds may take up to 2-3 business days to process.

If an order for a swing set has already shipped, we may be able to have it rerouted back to our fulfilment center. The customer will be refunded the total amount of the order minus shipping fees incurred by Creative Playthings Online.

 

REJECTING A SHIPMENT DUE TO DAMAGE OR OTHERWISE:

In many cases, a customer may want to accept delivery of their swing set shipment with minor box damage. If the shipment has been severely damaged in transit by the freight company, the customer may reject a shipment with the approval of Creative Playthings Online and arrangements for a replacement swing sets will be made.

Shipments that have been rejected due to transportation company’s inability to schedule a delivery appointment with the customer or the customer is unwilling to unload according to the curbside service provided the customer will be charged any shipping or freight dock holding fees that are incurred.
